The HMS LINCS Center is using a variety of existing resources as well as creating new ones.  Examples of the resources are primary data sets, software for data collection and modeling, ontologies and controlled vocabularies, and sets of validated small molecule perturbagens.

In many cases these resources were developed by others, or as part of other projects, but are being consolidated on this site to make it easier for others to use LINCS data. Please note that while we are not in a position to supply small molecules, RNAi reagents or cell lines to external investigators, we will attempt to provide a list of the vendors from whom these reagents can be acquired.  We are also unable to distribute commercially developed software which LINCS uses internally, but users interested in such software may contact the original developers for more information about licensing.
