Resources
The HMS LINCS Center is using a variety of existing resources as well as creating new ones as necessary to advance our work. Examples of these resources are primary datasets in the HMS LINCS Database as well as software for data collection and modeling, ontologies and controlled vocabularies for reliable reagent identification, and collections of validated small molecule perturbagens. Information on these resources is available through the links to the left.
In some cases, these resources were developed by others, or as part of other projects, but are being consolidated on this site to make it easier for others to use LINCS data. We are unable to distribute commercially-developed software that HMS LINCS uses internally, but users interested in such software may contact the original developers for more information about licensing. We also are not able to distribute small molecules, cell lines, and other biological reagents, but our database provides information on how to obtain these materials through other sources.
