From DSMZ: Medium: 80% RPMI 1640 + 20% h.i. FBS. Subculture: Subcultivation recommended before reaching confluence. Split 1:2 to 1:3 once a week using trypsin/EDTA. Seed out at ca. 0.5-1.0 x 105 cells/cm2. Incubation: at 37°C with 5% CO2. Doubling time: ca. 4-5 days.
