HMS LINCS MCF 10A Datasets
The NIH LINCS Consortium has been working on a Common Project to systematically characterize human cell response to perturbation by gene disruption, small molecules, and components of the microenvironment. An initial focus of this Common Project has been work with the human breast cell line MCF 10A. This webpage lists all HMS LINCS datasets in which MCF 10A cells were assayed. HMS LINCS MCF 10A Table 1 lists datasets collected as part of the NIH LINCS Common Project. HMS LINCS MCF 10A Table 2 lists datasets collected for other studies. Each dataset can be accessed and downloaded by clicking on the dataset ID in the first column. A list of datasets is also available for download as spreadsheets (.csv).
